My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
 
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service by email within 72 hours of receiving the product.
    Please include:
  • The name of the person who purchased the item (same spelling as on order)
  • The Order ID
  • What you ordered.
  • What you received (in error).

When will my order ship?
 
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Our standard processing and shipping schedule is as follows: (Specific information that appears on the item page supercedes this information).

Order Processing: 1 to 5 business days after the date we receive your order. (We can often keep this to within 1-2 days and sometimes ship same day - depending on the time you order and the product you are ordering - HOWEVER - you must contact us immediately after placing your order and request that we "Fast Track" your order. Please include your order ID when contacting us. For RUSH orders we suggest you email AND call us to assure we know of your special needs).

Time in Transit: 1 to 6 business days (not counting the day the carrier picks up the order) depending on the location we are shipping to. (If you need the item faster than regular transit times will permit - you will incur a surcharge for expedited shipping and this is usually fairly expensive depending on size and weight of the item and the location and exact date you need it).

During holidays, this schedule may be extended somewhat.

We recommend that if an order is time sensitive, that you contact us - by email AND phone - no later than the day the order is placed so we can assist you in choosing the best options and provide related costs for expediting shipments (if needed).
