According to Italtrike, the OKO was conceived after a study of child ergonomics. The cradle-shaped frame makes it easy to mount since there’s no crossbar to get in the way. Adjustments in a wide variety of positions on the handlebars and saddle seat allow you to find a perfect fit for children between two and three years old. The pushbar detaches and attaches with an easy insert in the rear of the frame.
